Shipping & Delivery
Allow 1-2 weeks for delivery after you place an order. We ship our packages with UPS or USPS and a signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Alternatively the carrier will try 2 more times to deliver the package. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and we will not ship your package again if you weren’t able to collect your package
Returns & Replacements & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return regular unused articles within 30 days of receipt (own expense). (Sale Items may not be returned, and are final sale.) If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.The articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Online orders can’t be returned to other stores. Gift Cards may not be returned.  Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. In order to return an item please email us at info@sillininc.com to receive an order return form and shipping instructions.  Please Note: Always include your ordernumber(s) when you make a return to us.  There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days
 to the card you used for the original purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Since we are not responsible for any items that are send to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)  If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@sillininc.com. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sillininc.com for further instructions.Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.  If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Ordering
Ordering on our site is easy!  Click on the item you want to order, select your size and add to your cart.  Our one page checkout makes buying a breeze.  After you make a purchase, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order number within a few hours.  Taxes that appear in your online order confirmation are estimated. Because orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations across the U.S., the actual taxes charged to your credit card will be calculated based on the applicable state and local sales taxes when your order is shipped.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Sillin Inc Offers many ways to complete your payements.  Just select your method at checkout. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Network and PayPal. Promotion Code: Some offers are associated with a specific promotional code. Promo codes will be available to you on the promotion or product details page; simply enter the promo code during the Checkout process to add the gift to your order. Promotion codes are case sensitive.
Viewing Orders
As a registered customer, you will also be able to review the order history for all your online orders.
